Mulia Gunung Mas ("MGM"), a leading refrigerated transportation service provider with more than 20 years of experience and Bonecom Servistama Compindo ("Bosco"), a cold storage provider that has been serving the warehouse market since 2001, decided to merge and create MGM Bosco Logistics.

Ichsan Hadipranoto is the founder of MGM. He has more than 20 years of experience in the cold-chain industry and has played an essential role in the company's development until today. Prior to founding MGM, he served as Director at PT. Campina Ice Cream for 10 years.

Maurits Daniel Rudolf Lalisang
Maurits Lalisang is a Partner at PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. He currently holds a number of important positions within the Saratoga Group, including Independent Commissioner at PT Deltomed Laboratories and Commissioner at Sirclo Commerce.
He began his career as a Management Trainee with Unilever Indonesia in 1980, progressing through the ranks to become Director in 1991, President Director from 2004 to 2014, and President Commissioner from 2015 to 2020.

Kemal Mawira
Kemal Mawira has been with Bosco since 2012 and played an active role in merging MGM and Bosco into MGM Bosco Logistics.
Currently, he also serves as SVP Portfolio Operations at PT. Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. Before joining the company, he leads Ernst & Young Indonesia's risk management practice for 8 years.
He graduated from Monash University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business, Banking & Finance and a Master of Business Systems.

Michael Hadipranoto
Michael Hadipranoto has been with MGM since 2014 and played an active role in merging MGM and Bosco into MGM Bosco Logistics. He has experience in strategic planning, business development, and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining MGM Bosco Logistics, he held various senior positions for 11 years, including General Manager Investment at Rajawali Group, Director of Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young Indonesia and Vice President Investment at PT SMART Tbk.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance and Business from Pennsylvania State University. He also has a CFA certification from the CFA Institute.

Arif Qasimi Al Bone
Arif Qasimi Al Bone has various experiences in accounting, finance, tax, IPO processing, due diligence, internal audit, and risk management.
Currently, he also serves as SVP Portfolio Operations at PT. Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. Prior to joining the company, He was a Deputy Director of Finance at PT. Lintas Marga Sedaya and auditor at Ernst & Young.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Business and Economics from Gadjah Mada University with Cum Laude. He also has a Certified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Tax Consultant certification.

M Shah Durani R.Razak
M Shah Durani Razak has more than 20 years of experience in the logistics industry and has experience handling logistics services in various sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Automotive and Electronics.
He previously held various positions in several global and local logistics companies, including Logistics and Operations Advisor at Pelindo 2 and several strategic positions at Damco (Maersk), DHL, and TNT. He has years of experience leading end-to-end logistics solution projects from design to operational implementation.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trisakti University.
